+REACHING THOSE IN THE SHADOW OF THE STEEPLE - JOHNNY BOGGS
In America, the culture of the UNCHURCHED is GROWING! Now is the time for The Churched to realize that in our neighborhoods and in the cities where we live and worship, within the shadows of our churches' steeples, the populace, our neighbors, are increasingly unchurched. It is time that we, The Churched, take the scripture seriously: Luke 14:23 (KJV) "And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled." In this workshop, we will discuss effective ways to respond to our Lord's Directive. We will share what we have found fruitful, hopefully improve our "Skills of Compelling," and perhaps recognize what is ineffective. God is calling us to build the church; let's unite with Him, unashamed of the Gospel!

Johnny Boggs grew up in Lincolnton, NC, and is a graduate of Lincolnton High School. After high school, he joined the United States Air Force and is proud to be a veteran. After serving in the USAF, Rev. Boggs attended Carolina University of Theology, where he earned a Doctorate in Theology. He is pastor of Mt. Hope Church in Salisbury, a friendly and loving congregation. Pastor Boggs loves Jesus Christ, and his passion is to preach the Gospel. Rev. Boggs and his wife Cathy, who is from Lancaster, SC, are dedicated to serving the Lord and love calling Salisbury home.
+UNITED IN WORSHIP - JASON FORD
United in Worship (toward a liturgical theology). When you hear the word "worship," you often conjure images of the worship wars over the past 50 years or so. Should we worship with traditional or contemporary music and forms? The Bible, however, describes two interconnected types of worship: worship in all of life and weekly gathered worship. In this workshop, we will consider the God we worship, why we worship, how we worship, and much more. The discussion is about so much more than what type of music we use in worship; it is about what God has commanded us to do in worship.
Jason Ford has been the pastor of St. Paul Evangelical Church in Cibolo, TX, for 11 years. He grew up in the Memphis, TN, area and attended the University of Memphis and Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS. He has served as a pastor in Tennessee, Mississippi, Indiana, and Texas. He and his wife, Stephanie, have been married for 28 years and have one son, Benjamin. Jason has served on the EA National Board of Directors for 9 years and has served as Vice President of the board for 5 years. He loves fishing, sci-fi and fantasy, cheering for the Memphis Tigers and Grizzlies, and extolling the virtues of Memphis-style barbecue.
+ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE - PHIL BROWN
Artificial Intelligence, Authentic Ministry: Understanding and Navigating AI in the Church.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how we work, communicate, and create. This seminar will help pastors and church leaders understand AI, explore practical ways it can serve the church's work, and navigate its use with wisdom, discernment, and theological integrity. Whether you are curious, cautious, or already experimenting with these tools, this session will equip you to use AI responsibly and creatively in faithful ministry.
Phil Brown has nearly 30 years of pastoral experience across a wide variety of church ministries, including children and youth, small groups, domestic/international missions, executive ministry, and teaching and preaching. He has been serving as Pastor of Immanuel Church in Spring, Texas, since that congregation joined the Evangelical Association in 2021.
+ADDRESSING ADDICTION & HELPING THE HURTING (Two breakout sessions) - GEORGE GASTON
Addressing Addiction - The Effectiveness of Faith in Recovery. Many efforts are made to help those with addictions. George has found faith to be instrumental in bringing lasting recovery.
Helping Hurting People (Trauma, PTSD, etc.). This session provides valuable insight into helping folks in a range of areas.
+CHURCH, HERITAGE AND RENEWAL - PHIL ROSS
For the renewal, reformation, revival, reconstruction, renovation, reclamation, rehabilitation, resurgence, revitalization, revivification, restoration, revitalization, and regeneration of Christ’s church. Who we were, who we are, who we will be in Christ. A look at our past and a hope for our future in Christ. We are not defined by our past; we are defined by God’s future. A discussion with Rev. Phillip A. Ross, St. Paul’s Evangelical Church, Marietta, Ohio.
Phillip A. Ross has pastored churches in Berkeley, California; St. Louis, Missouri; Evansville, Indiana; Bellefonte, Pennsylvania; and Marietta, Ohio. He has degrees from Pacific School of Religion and the University of Colorado. He has labored for the recovery of the Gospel through local church ministry, radio, music, counseling, and publishing. He has over thirty books in print and currently serves Saint Paul's Evangelical Church in Marietta, Ohio.
+UNITED...OVER WHAT? Answering the Major Heresies - NATE WILLIAMS
All Christians should agree that unity is important. The question that naturally comes after mentioning unity is "united... over what?" There is a set of core Christian beliefs that are central to the faith, and there are many heresies that attempt to contradict these teachings. Examples include Arianism, Gnosticism, and more. Nate Williams will seek to address these heresies from a Biblical perspective so that we may have confidence in our doctrine being sound.
Nate Williams is the Director of the Apologetics Resource Center - http://arcanswers.org- where he equips Christians to confidently defend their faith and engage with a rapidly changing culture. With seminary training (M.Div.) and a gift for clear, thoughtful communication, Nate focuses on making complex theological and philosophical issues accessible to everyday believers. He regularly speaks on topics such as the reliability of Scripture, world religions and cults, hot-button social issues, and much more. His ministry, ARC, seeks to Equip the Church and Engage the Culture for the glory of God.
SUNDAY MORNING - DARYL HIGGINS

Rev. Daryl C. Higgins was raised and educated in Northeastern Ohio, and is a graduate of Kent State University (B.A. 1970), and Ashland University Theological Seminary (M. Div. 1974). He has been actively engaged in Christian Ministry for the past 50-plus years. Daryl has served churches in northeastern Ohio, both Southern and Northern California, and Texas.
